This is the Willows Complex, a highly regarded excellent reputation, higher end condo that is located across the street from Alameda Beach and adjacent to South Shore Center, which has everything you need, including Safeway, Trader Joes, multiple banks, restaurants, bus, good schools, great neighborhood, . The beach is great for jogging, dog walking, sunbathing, walking, great sunsets views.  The condo development has 2 exercise facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, a high end clubhouse with pool table, ping pong, rental for parties, and opens out to the swimming pool, immaculately maintained landscaping, a woodshop, safe and secure entrances, bus stop, next to the Post Office.                   The condo itself is a 2BR and 2BA split level fixer, half way rehabbed, needs about $25-40K, which is why the condo is discounted compared to other condos.
