We’ll list your property on your local MLS for up to 6 months. Once you accept an offer, the status of the listing is changed to pending in the MLS.
In addition to listing your home on the local MLS, we’ll also feature your home on the top 100 real estate websites such as; Redfin, Homes.com, Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and many more… When you sign up to list your home, you can choose to syndicate your listing or not.
Since your listing is a for sale by owner listing, we will list your name and contact information on the MLS under the showing instructions. Be prepared to take calls from agents that actually have buyers.
Make unlimited edits to your listing by logging into your account at www.www.listedsimply.com. You can make edits to your description, price, photos and much more.
Once you create an account, you will gain access to a personal dashboard where you can: Review your listing, easily make edits to your listing, and organize your photos. You’ll also gain access to our pro tips on how to sell your home for more. Anything pertaining to selling your home will be in your dashboard.

You can cancel your listing anytime without any fees or penalties. If you cancel before we start entering your listing into the MLS, you will receive a full refund. If the listing has been entered into the MLS but not made live, a 50% refund will be provided. Once live on the MLS, no refunds are issued.

Commissions on the MLS
When you list your home with Listed Simply, you avoid traditional listing agent commissions by paying a flat fee instead. This approach saves you an average of 2.5% on the sale of your home.
Following recent changes, buyer agent commissions are now negotiated directly with the buyer’s agent and are not displayed on the MLS. This allows for flexibility and direct negotiation of commissions, tailored to your specific transaction needs.

The traditional agent model charges you a commission to list your home. Listed Simply charges a one-time flat fee of $199 to list your home on the MLS. We empower you, the home owner to become the listing agent by taking calls and scheduling showings. We offer other professional services such as professional photography, marketing services and legal contract services to help you sell. Additional services are optional.
Yes, but not a traditional listing agreement. To get listed on the MLS, you have to sign an MLS Only Agreement which is an “open listing” so you are still for sale by owner, we do not represent you! You pay a one-time fee of $199 and can cancel anytime without fees or penalties.
Escrow acts as the middle man between the seller and the buyer. They do not represent either party, and cannot guide the buyer or seller since they are a third party. Escrow makes sure the terms of the contract are met. Click HERE to learn more about the escrow process.
Listed Simply does not offer the legal seller disclosures since these disclosures are updated often. If you choose to use our closing service to manage your escrow, we manage your disclosures and other legal documents for a flat fee.

No, commissions are no longer required to be displayed on the MLS. You are still able to incentivize buyer agents by offering them a commission OUTSIDE of the MLS. The amount of the commission is fully negotiable between you and the buyer’s agent. At Listed Simply, we save you thousands on the listing side by charging a flat fee instead of a percentage commission.
Listed Simply will get your home listed on the MLS within 2 business days of submitting your listing. When you order Professional Photography, your photographer will arrives as soon as 24-48 hours. In this case, if we wait to receive the photos, your home will be listed in 72-96 hours.In a hurry? We offer Same Day Listing Services where we can list your home on the MLS the SAME DAY for an additional $39 expedited fee. You will see this option at checkout.
Listed Simply has an offer portal where agents submit offers! Once an offer is submitted, you will be automatically notified and the offer will be emailed to you.
Our closing team will review offers and highlight the terms for you. You’ll get a summary of each offer so you can understand the pro’s and con’s of each offer. You can Easily build your own listing for your local MLS using their website, You can edit Your Listing's description and pictures yourself any time, as often as you want and if You're in a hurry they have a $10 1 hour Update to get your latest pictures up in an hour. I don't know of any other brokerage that can do this. Also your listing will appear on every other real estate website!...
