We’ll list your property on your local MLS for up to 6 months. Once you accept an offer, the status of the listing is changed to pending in the MLS.

Yes, but not a traditional listing agreement. To get listed on the MLS, you have to sign an MLS Only Agreement which is an “open listing” so you are still for sale by owner, we do not represent you! You pay a one-time fee of $199 and can cancel anytime without fees or penalties.

Listed Simply does not offer the legal seller disclosures since these disclosures are updated often. If you choose to use our closing service to manage your escrow, we manage your disclosures and other legal documents for a flat fee.

No, commissions are no longer required to be displayed on the MLS. You are still able to incentivize buyer agents by offering them a commission OUTSIDE of the MLS. The amount of the commission is fully negotiable between you and the buyer’s agent. Listed Simply will get your home listed on the MLS within 2 business days of submitting your listing. When you order Professional Photography, your photographer will arrives as soon as 24-48 hours. In this case, if we wait to receive the photos, your home will be listed in 72-96 hours.In a hurry? We offer Same Day Listing Services where we can list your home on the MLS the SAME DAY for an additional $39 expedited fee. You will see this option at checkout.
Listed Simply has an offer portal where agents submit offers! Once an offer is submitted, you will be automatically notified and the offer will be emailed to you.
Our closing team will review offers and highlight the terms for you. You’ll get a summary of each offer so you can understand the pro’s and con’s of each offer.
