it’s a very cozy house. Lots of woodwork on the interior. We have central AC and heat. We also have a wood-burning stove. It is 0.34 acre , which comes out to around 14,800 ft.². Vaulted ceilings open space. Three bedroom one bath including a mudroom. The house is at the very end of a cul-de-sac, so no traffic passing you by ever. There is also a local pond about 50 yards in walking distance that you can fish out of. I’m a contractor so I know if the house was built the right way or not. This house is very well insulated has double pane windows.
