What's the difference between Listed Simply and a traditional listing agent?
The traditional agent model charges you a commission to list your home.  Listed Simply charges a flat fee paid only when your home sells.  We use data and technology to get you the most for your home.
Are there any contracts required?
Yes! We use the standard listing agreement and charge a flat fee instead of commission.  You can expect to sign a four to six month listing agreement depending on your location and other factors.
How does escrow work?
Escrow acts as the middle man between the seller and the buyer.  They do not represent either party, and cannot guide the buyer or seller since they are a third party.  Escrow makes sure the terms of the contract are met.  Listed Simply will represent the seller to ensure their terms are met before the close of escrow.  When working with Listed Simply, you're transaction is backed by our errors and omissions insurance!
Do you help with the seller disclosures?
Listed Simply will assist you with filling out the seller disclosures.  Your dedicated agent and transaction coordinator are with you every step of the way.
Do I need to offer a commission to a buyer's agent?
The standard commission offered to a buyer’s agent is 2.5% which is paid by the seller.  Listed Simply saves you thousands on the listing side by charging a flat fee instead of a 2.5%-3% commission. 
When will my home get listed?
Listed Simply can have your home on the market within 3-5 business days!  This includes getting professional photography, installing a sign, lockbox and preparing your marketing materials.  We work fast when you need us too. 
Do I get help with reviewing offers?
Listed Simply receives offers on your behalf. Our closing team will review offers and highlight the terms for you.  You'll get a summary of each offer so you can understand the pro's and con's of each offer.   Once you're ready to accept, we'll gather all necessary documents and open escrow.
